Mechanism of Action
Janus kinase (JAK1/JAK3) inhibitor that blocks signaling of multiple cytokines involved in inflammation and immune response (IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-15, IL-21, IFN).
Side effects & warnings
Investigational in veterinary medicine. Immunosuppression, infection risk. Monitor CBC. May cause GI upset. Potentially useful for immune-mediated diseases unresponsive to standard therapy.
