Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 7 days of subscription or renewal.
Am I eligible for the student plan?
The student plan is available to anyone with a valid .edu email address enrolled in a veterinary program. The plan is a 1-year term and requires re-verification to renew.
Do you offer institutional licensing?
