Alimta
Inhibits multiple folate-dependent enzymes: thymidylate synthase, dihydrofolate reductase, and glycinamide ribonucleotide formyltransferase. Disrupts both purine and pyrimidine synthesis.
Requires folic acid and vitamin B12 supplementation to reduce toxicity. Myelosuppression, skin rash. Renal dosing required. Very limited veterinary data.
