Mechanism of Action

Synthetic progestagen that suppresses estrus by inhibiting gonadotropin release. Used for estrus synchronization in mares and gilts.

Side effects & warnings

EXTREME caution in handling — readily absorbed through skin. Women of childbearing age must use protective gloves. Do not use in horses intended for food.
