Mechanism of Action
Competitive progesterone receptor antagonist with high affinity. Blocks progesterone action on the uterus, terminating pregnancy or treating pyometra.
Side effects & warnings
Pain at injection site. Not available in the US. Used for pregnancy termination and closed pyometra in Europe. Monitor for uterine discharge.
