Lamisil
Inhibits squalene epoxidase in ergosterol synthesis. Fungicidal against dermatophytes. Concentrates in skin, nails, and hair.
Hepatotoxicity — monitor liver enzymes. GI upset. Drug interactions (CYP2D6 inhibitor). Effective for dermatophytosis resistant to azoles. Excellent keratin concentration.
