Gabitril
Selectively inhibits GABA uptake into neurons and glia by blocking GAT-1 transporter, prolonging GABA availability in the synaptic cleft.
May cause sedation, dizziness, and tremor. Potential for non-convulsive status epilepticus. Very limited veterinary data. Use with caution.
