Highly selective COX-2 inhibitor with short plasma half-life but prolonged tissue residence at sites of inflammation.

Side effects & warnings

One of few NSAIDs approved for cats (short-term use, max 3 days oral in cats). Monitor renal/hepatic function. Not with other NSAIDs.
