Depolarizing neuromuscular blocking agent in nematodes. Acts as cholinergic agonist at nicotinic receptors causing spastic paralysis.
Side effects & warnings
Used primarily in cattle and goats. Wide safety margin. Do not combine with other cholinergic anthelmintics (pyrantel, levamisole).
