Triple combination: miconazole disrupts fungal cell membranes; polymyxin B disrupts gram-negative bacterial membranes; prednisolone reduces inflammation and pruritus.
Effective against Malassezia and mixed infections. Do not use with ruptured tympanic membrane. Shake well before use. Usually 5-7 days treatment.
