Doxy Injectable
Tetracycline binding 30S ribosomal subunit. IV formulation for patients unable to take oral medication.
IV administration must be slow (thrombophlebitis). Same spectrum as oral doxycycline. Not for IM/SC use. Monitor for GI upset.
