Lamprene
Binds to mycobacterial DNA and generates reactive oxygen species. Also has anti-inflammatory properties via inhibition of phospholipase A2.
Red-brown skin discoloration. GI upset, especially at higher doses. Crystal deposition in tissues with long-term use.
