Mechanism of Action

Inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis by binding to penicillin-binding proteins. Long-acting crystalline formulation provides sustained therapeutic concentrations for up to 7 days from a single injection.

Side effects & warnings

Not for use in dairy cattle 20 months of age or older or in veal calves. Single injection site; do not exceed 1 injection site per animal. Do not use in horses intended for food.
